Nothing saving into the Repository

Nothing saving into the Repository
English

HI

I have created a new Repository as per the Entreprise service manual, I have added the uses, when I try and add content, a directory the system lets me complete the pop up box , when I click ok it does not appear, when I use the other modules they connect to the Repository but there is no data and any thing I add does not save

What am I missing

Hi,

In order to add a new repository you need to do the following :

  • Create a new schema in your database for your repository, for intance : repository2
  • Duplicate file : /vanilla/vanilla-conf/repositoryone.properties in /vanilla/vanilla-conf/repositorytwo.properties
  • Open it and modify it according to the new schema you created
  • Open /vanilla/vanilla-conf/vanilla.properties and find the line "# Repository Config"
    • Create a line for your second repository bpm.repository.context.file.2=vanilla-conf/repositorytwo.properties
  • Restart your Vanilla server.
  • Go in enterprise services and add you repository (it will automatically take the configuration file 2 if it is your second repository)
  • Add users to this repository

Following this process, it should work fine.

HI

I have followed the steps above

I then go into enterprise services and add you repository, I added users, the 3 standard users (system , user, designer) but still nothing

the url for the new Repository is it http://myipaddress:8080/fb and my database key is fb.

The new schema in my database for your repository is : repositoryfb
