Environment, Energy and Sea French Ministry selected BPM-Conseil

French Ministry of Environment, Energy and Sea, one of the largest ecological ministry worldwide, has selected BPM-Conseil to develop its new Open Source Search Engine platform, embedded in their new public web portal.
